The Expert Council of the Special Economic Zone in St. Petersburg approved 5 new investment projects for implementation at the Novoorlovskaya site. The total volume of declared investments exceeds RUB 8.8 billion. Another 48.7 billion rubles will be invested by companies taking into account adjustments to the current investment projects of SEZ residents.

JSC “VNIIR - Progress SPb” plans to create industrial production of innovative noise-resistant receivers of global navigation satellite signals, printed circuit boards and electrical equipment for special and shipboard applications. The total area of the land plot will be 2.15 hectares, the area of the laboratory and production complex - 18 thousand square meters. meters. Commissioning is scheduled for the 4th quarter of 2027. Total investments will amount to 2.6 billion rubles, the number of jobs created - 200.

National Refrigeration Systems LLC will build on a 2.5 hectare land plot a research and production complex for the development and serial production of industrial refrigeration equipment with an area of 15 thousand square meters. The planned products include refrigeration equipment, control and automation systems, water treatment equipment. Commissioning of the first stage is scheduled for 2027, the second - for 2030. Total investments will amount to 2.1 billion rubles, the number of jobs will amount to 419.

    BROMO LLC is ready to implement a project for the development and production of heat-exchange, refrigeration and ventilation equipment. A building with a total area of 8.7 thousand square meters, including production shops, warehouses and an administrative and household complex, will be located on a 1 hectare plot. Commissioning is scheduled for the 4th year from the start of the project. The total investment in the project will amount to 652 million rubles, the number of jobs created will be 145.

Kvantrum LLC is implementing a project to develop and produce autonomous sources and accumulators of electric power. The volume of investments will amount to 3.4 billion rubles. Commissioning is scheduled for January 2028. The enterprise will provide 230 specialists with jobs.

    MEDITEC Znamya Truda plans to create a research and production complex to develop innovative solutions and produce equipment for medical waste disposal, equipment for disinfection and sterilization of medical devices, as well as consumable medical materials for resuscitation, anesthesiology and surgery. The company will need 2 thousand square meters of production space. Commissioning is scheduled for the 4th quarter of 2025, the number of jobs to be created will be 50, and the total amount of investments will be RUB 36 million.

    During the meeting of the Expert Council 5 more existing SEZ residents adjusted their projects.
Electroapparat Plant LLC increased the volume of investments from 2.3 billion rubles to 3.8 billion rubles. The area of the land plot increased by 1.47 hectares and amounted to 5.47 hectares. The updated project involves construction of the second stage of the enterprise with the area of 7.5 thousand square meters, which is scheduled for commissioning in May-July 2028.
JSC “ODK-Klimov” has adjusted the name of the project to production and development of modifications of aviation gas turbine engines. Previously, the company also planned to engage in the production of electronic automatic control systems. The volume of announced investments increased from 37 billion rubles to 38.1 billion rubles. Commissioning is scheduled for December 2026.
Inmed LLC adjusted the project name to development and organization of production of polymer nanofibers and new functional materials, bringing it in line with the actually implemented project. The volume of investments increased from 517 million rubles to 2.1 billion rubles. The number of jobs increased from 32 to 55.
Baltpharma LLC changed the name of the project, now it is aimed at localizing the production of medicines with the development and implementation of modern technologies. Earlier the company planned to produce active pharmaceutical substances and chemical raw materials.
LLC “InStelRus”, which is engaged in the construction of the enterprise and training center for the development and production of all-glass structures with extreme angle of bending of a wide range, has increased the area of the building of the testing center (second stage) from 3 thousand square meters to 11.1 thousand square meters, thus increasing the total area of the facility to more than 20 thousand square meters.
