Residents of the SEZ "Saint Petersburg" invest about 70 billion rubles in projects
The Expert Council of the Special Economic Zone was held in St. Petersburg. The total investment volume for projects approved by the Expert Council is RUB 70.7 billion. Two new investment projects in the SEZ provide for a total investment of 4.5 billion rubles. Adjustments to existing residents will provide an additional 65.4 billion rubles.
ActivTestGroup LLC announced a project to organize a center of technical competence for non-destructive testing named after S.G. Ershov. The center will conduct the development, prototyping and small-scale production of automated non-destructive testing equipment for the defense industry, civil aircraft and mechanical engineering. The finished products will include the ErMag magnetic powder flaw detector, the KAMA automated fluorescent capillary control unit, the MOCHA fluorescent capillary control line, and more.
The company needs a 0.7 ha land plot. In return, the investor is ready to invest about 900 million rubles, including about 30% of the total amount spent on research and development. The center's commissioning is scheduled for the 3rd quarter of 2028. The company will employ 149 specialists.
V-I LLC presented a project for the development and production of a wide range of import-substituting carbide interchangeable multi-faceted cutting plates for metal-cutting machines: turning, milling, drilling, etc. The company requires ready-made production facilities. It is assumed that the project will be implemented in an Innovation Center with an area of 18 thousand square meters.m. at the Parnas site. The announced investment volume is about 3.6 billion rubles. 450 new jobs will be created at the enterprise.
Another 13 active residents adjusted their investment projects within the framework of the Expert Council. Thus, NevIZ LLC increased its investment volume from 731 million rubles to 1.4 billion rubles, the number of jobs from 171 to 568, and the commissioning period from December 2025 to the 3rd quarter of 2028. PANTES MT LLC increased the area of the enterprise from 15 thousand square meters to 17.2 thousand square meters, while reducing the project implementation period from February 2027 to the 3rd quarter of 2026.
JSC "Biocad" increased investments in the project from 45.6 billion rubles to 86.7 billion rubles, abandoning the leased land plot of 0.97 hectares. After the termination of the lease agreement, the resident's land plot will amount to 4.9 hectares.
Pharmasynthesis-Nord JSC secured an increase in investments in all three production lines from a total of 13.8 billion rubles to 37 billion rubles, including R&D costs from 2.8 to 15.6 billion rubles. It also made adjustments regarding the 3rd stage: an increase in the area from 15 to 25 thousand square meters and the postponement of commissioning from the 2nd quarter of 2026 to the 1st quarter of 2030, the number of product names from 72 to 78.
Biopalitra LLC brought the investment volume in line with the actual figures – from 25 million rubles to 155 million rubles. OOO "Plant Elektroapparat" increased the land area from 5.5 to 5.7 hectares. Alfa Horizon LLC. Service Technologies has adjusted the commissioning date of the first stage of the plant from July 2026 to January 2029, and the second stage from July 2028 to January 2031.
Semargl LLC increases the volume of investments from 570 million rubles to 1.1 billion rubles, the area of the future enterprise – from 7 thousand square meters to 7.7 thousand square meters.m. The land area of CJSC Business Computer Center Saint Petersburg decreased from 1.2 to 0.6 hectares, while the volume of investments decreased slightly - from 277 million rubles to 265 million rubles.
Ekroschem LLC increased the area of its facility from 5.5 thousand square meters to 9.6 thousand square meters and adjusted the deadline for commissioning the facility from June 2026 to January 2028, the number of jobs from 84 to 150.
